4. Orders and Payment

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of tobacco products and Canadian health regulations, we do not accept returns of opened product. Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may take up to 10 business days to process.
